Over the past week, I have come to the startling realization that I'm a quitter. Do you know how crushing that is? I know if you read this blog you're probably thinking, "Duh, Seana. Welcome to the party. We've known this for months." I mean, I've known this too, but it's weird to actaully start thinking of yourself as a quitter instead of just a procrastinator. This changed something in me, though. I had a great workout week. I stuck with my training for the most part, and my head is back in this game. I think it's crazy how a little bit of perspective can change an entire mindset.
Runing still isn't fun or by any means easy, especially since I'm basically starting over. I've started this weird beginners workout on YouTube that is definitely killing me.Seriously, I don't think the people who made the video know what the word "beginner" means. Other than that, I'm just working on staying hydrated and eating somewhat well.
That's all I've got for this week! I have a run to go out and crush.
